Rakesh Kerwell, Group President & CGO

Mr. Rakesh is a Techno-Managerial Professional with extensive multi-sectoral experience of over 3 decades in Civil System of India, Government Relations, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Development of Mega / Smart Township, Real Estate Development, and other domain.

Mr. Rakesh qualified into Management Programme in Public Policy (MPPP) from Indian School of Business.

Prior to joining us he was working with Power Global (100% subsidiary of Power, global USA) as Executive Director, also he has rich experience working with DLF as Director-North and was responsible for complete business operations in the states of Punjab, Haryana Chandigarh and UP.

His expertise area of working included corporate affairs and Liaison, Project management, Urban economics & Planning, Statutory approvals and compliance Land utilization, funding, accountancy, cost controls, Land acquisitions and business development.

Rajnish Kaushik, Vice President - Legal

Rajnish heads the Legal department at Orris group. He has over 2 decades of rich experience in Litigation Management, Arbitration & Conciliation, Negotiation & Settlement as alternate dispute resolution, Resolution Mechanism, RERA compliance.

Prior to joining Orris Group, he has worked with companies like Nabha Power Limited, Emaar India, L&T, Bharti Airtel, Viom Networks, Idea Mobile.

He has done LLM from Kurukshetra University and LLB from Maharishi Dayanand University, Haryana.

Vijay Prasad, VP - HR, IT & Admin

Vijay heads the Human Resource, IT & Admin departments at Orris group. He has over 3 decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Career Development, Competency Profiling, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, People Management and Compensation & Benefits.

Prior to joining Orris Group, he has worked with companies like Ernst & Young (EY), Price Water House Coopers (PWC), B&B Business Advisory and Indian Air Force.

He is a post-graduation from XLRI, Jamshedpur and also holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Nagpur University.

Sanjay Aggarwal, Head-Finance

As the Head of Financial Operations, Mr. Aggarwal has one of the most enviable tasks here at Orris, but at the same time, one that is perhaps the most challenging. Over the course of his 35 year journey in the field of accounts and taxation, he has worked with some of the finest companies in India including Tata, Primus and Crompton Greaves.

He is also one of the leading experts in the area of EBIDTA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization). He also possesses an extensive and practical understanding of legal and statutory compliances, owing to his years of liasoning experience with the government and regulatory agencies. Mr Aggarwal is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and holds a diploma in taxation laws and practices from the Delhi Government.

Ravi Kant Gautam, President - Projects

Mr. Gautam is heading the Project Management function. He is an expert who formulates vision ahead of time and accelerates the growth of the company.

His specialization lies in the stream of strategic planning, construction, project management, design coordination, site management, techno-commercial and procurement planning. Graduate from IIT(Roorkee) in Civil Engineering, Mr. Gautam is a master of project management, holding a rich experience of 27 years. He has gained his virtuoso status by working with leading firms like Vatika, IREO, Tata Housing, AECOM India Pvt. Ltd. and Brigade Group. At Orris, he oversees all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, and also manages relationships with key stakeholders.

Sparsh Kaul, GM- Marketing

Sparsh heads the marketing function at Orris Group.

With over 15 years of experience across Real Estate, Automotive & Media houses, he has worked with reputed companies like SOBHA, Wave Group, Smartworld Developers, Audi & The Times of India before joining Orris.

He holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from JIMS, Kalkaji and a B.com (Hons.) degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.

His passion includes travel, sports and current affairs.

Xavier John, Sr. GM - CRM

Mr. Xavier John heads the CRM department and has rich experience in spearheading customer relationship teams. His expertise in creating and maintaining healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders is evident in every aspect. With a working experience of more than 12 years, he has worked with reputed companies like Emaar India, Godrej Properties and Vatika Group. He loves travelling and reading.
